"This hotel was very clean and perfect for my family of 7. The pool Rea was hot and the water was cold but they still enjoyed their self. The washer and dryer has a card payment option but only worked when using quarters which the front desk gladly was able to provide. We used the shuttle to get to and from the airport after our flight got delayed for a day. Longhorns and Olive Garden are both in walking distance from the hotel and we got extra clothes next door at Burlington. The water pressure...

"Hotel did NOT have a habitable room for us to stay in. The room they tried to put us in had a mold infestation and smelled like death. Even the front desk staff refused to walk into the room. They sent us away and said we should find another hotel and guaranteed us a full refund.
This hotel is a health hazard - don't visit it."

"Property was not well maintained with filthy glass on the entrance doors and broken lawn sprinklers flooding areas of the parking lot.
The room was ok but shampoo dispenser was broken and after room service beds were left unmade, towels weren’t replaced and we were left with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. They did give us those things when we later requested them.
Not the greatest experience but not the worst."

The courtyard is a great place to hang out but you get locked out of the pool area and can't get back in with a room key without walking all the way around.
