"Have spoken with management about the issues of transport, communication and the villa not being ready upon our arrival. Management said they will fix these issue and work strongly on improving these services. "

The washing machine had so much dirt built up in filter that I had to clean before washing my clothes. The freezer wasn’t freezing - disappointed for paying so much and the place didn’t meet expectations.
