"Everything about this place was good. Except for the room locker which was broken. Friendly staff, clean environment, AC room, pools are all clean. Should add more programs for adults and seniors. Nothing much to do besides swimming. I stayed for 2 weeks. I think one week is good enough for this place. "Nice hotel in general a little bit disappointed on the fact that it doesn’t really has a beach where you can swim, also is far away from the city and airport and it’s difficult to find Tours that will pick you up at the hotel, you ended up spending extra money on taxis. The buffet breakfast is good but basic"

"I had read many reviews of various hotels on Denarau island and ultimately chose Sheraton golf and beach resort and were so glad we did! I totally understand what previous reviewers have said about the staff, facilities, gardens, food - everything is superior! We last visited this resort in 1998 as a family of 5 and returned recently as a couple, a lot has changed it's simply the best!"

"Deluxe beach front room was a 10/10, Staff was amazing. The only downfall for me and the group I was with is the breakfast buffet options we wish there was more. But other than that adults pool was perfect with the bar and service."

The food options are somewhat limited, if you have dietary restrictions, you need to let them know in advance. the facilities are nice, friendly staff and free snorkeling and kayaking. "It was a nice stay here but not necessarily “walk out of your room and into the water” especially at low tide. Not their fault of course so still 5 stars. As with my other stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and the warrior dance night was so fun. Beautiful sunsets and the food was pretty good. No gym here also. "

Loved the well equipped gym - and their very impressive masseur, Priya at the Tokatoka Spa - she gave me one of the best back and shoulders massage I’ve ever had which I didn’t expect at all - and was very professional and super polite ! "Our villa was a disaster. It rained all night and there was a leak in the roof and it flooded our front foyer where we had our shoes and few other belongings. So naturally our belonging and shoes were soaked. Next morning we requested to be moved but the hotel was at full capacity due to the mini hurricane that’s what we were told. The manager and front desk staff were polite and understanding. The housekeeping staff were amazing. All the restaurant staffs on both sides were just amazing and...

"A somewhat older property in good repair and possessed of much charming character. Located steps from Wailoaloa beach but without the noise and crowds of the beach clubs. As a family operated hotel the owners are involved in daily operations. The restaurant shows the top local rating on Google Maps. Portions are ample. "

"Perfect sized family resort with luxury touches. We are already dreaming of returning. We’ve stayed in tons of properties around the world and this one is a gem. The staff were so nice to our children and we even got some adult time while the kids were in the awesome kids club. Everyone had a wonderful time and the food was also very good, especially the lunch curry specials. "
