Hotel was ok. Rooms had a smoky smell. Just some lysol spray could have improved the experience. Heater worked perfectly but the shared bathrooms were pump action I guess to preserve water.

For the price it was okay and the location was great. A mall right opposite with buses to Geneva. The only thing is I would recommend coming back before 8pm as there is no buses after that.

Excellent location and hotel to stay. Great facilities but just needed more cleaner toilets and shower room as the toilets were out of paper and very dirty for more than a day.

Commendable but needs a little improvement.

It was comfortable and thanks to the reception staff, a very nice guy. He helped me look for a type C charger for my iPhone 16pro max. Only downside was no towels or toiletries and I couldn’t get any cause I came in on a Sunday.

Bring your own soap! They have none

Basic is OK given the price, and to F1's credit the bed covers and floor were clean. BUT no soap in shared showers, at all, none in room, and had to ask for a towel at front desk. No trash can in room either. Heater ripped out of wall and hanging by bare wires. Showers not too clean, either. Water on floor in hall. Dirty floor in hall. It could be cheap and cheerful with a little effort, but no soap is kind of below the minimum for me. Very quiet, nice views of Jura mountains, close to multiple restaurants and supermarket.

Perfect for what I needed

Good for a quick stop off somewhere to lay your head. Breakfast wasn’t much of stale bread and barely working coffee machine but was nice to have something offered for free. Place was relatively clean with a sink in the room if you choose one without private bathroom. Customer service was excellent as I had rang before arrival with some questions. Young people looking for a cheap place close to Switzerland this is for you

I would avoid even though its cheap

Hotel instantly smelt of cigarette smoke on arrival. Upon entering the room it was falling apart. Cloth hooks hanging off the wall, door hinges broken, and grime all over the shower. Also the smell of bad drainage was very noticeable. To order a cabrio room but to find no towels were given was disappointing. Had to go out to a nearby supermarket to purchase a towel as the hotel had none. The only positive from this hotel was the onsite parking and a bed that was comfortable.

You pay for what you get

A budget hostel six minutes drive from airport( French side). You need a car to stay here. My room was not en-suite so I had to use the bathroom and shower room in the corridor. Room and toilet were clean. No towels nor toiletries. Room temperature is fine. if you are on a tight budget or not bothered with basic facilities, this is a ok place to have a short stay.

After reading all the other comments before visiting I had very low expectations. But this is a "you get what you paid for" situation. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Walls are very thin and you can hear people talking in the hallway. So bring a pair of ear plugs. Rooms are very small. I had a room with a private bathroom. The hotel's distance to city center is fair. You can take the tram downtown for walking to the station for 25 minutes. And it takes onether 20 minutes to ride. And I think the tram is running 24 hours. Overall it wasn't a bad experience. For a couple of nights in town it did the job for me.

Not much service

No electricity when I checked in. Room wasn’t cleaned once during stay. No towels in the rooms and the corridor door wouldn’t close, so the noise from the communal room was blasting down the corridor until 1am each night. Vending machine was always empty. Great location though as it’s opposite a few places to eat and there’s a bus stop nearby that goes to the airport.

Check in was difficult. There were no towels which we were expected to pay for. The building itself looked very tired. The room was comfortable: the bed was fine and linen was clean. The worst issue was that for the majority of our stay, we had no hot water. This was raised to staff and was much later rectified. The hotel is difficult to reach; it’s a 25 minute walk or infrequent bus to get to a tram which is okay during the day. It was expensive to get a taxi from the centre of Geneva too and equally as expensive to get a taxi to the airport (there are no Ubers).

The customer service was werry poor ! In the reception they not speaking english. It took werry long time to check in because data connect was poor even when I had a confirmed booking with breakfast from Hotels.com I had to pay 3 EURO extra for shower tovel next morning because it was not in the room. Toilets and shower was outside room and to use with other rooms. It was no soap in dispenser in shower cabinets. I was walking around to find another shower cabinet .One shower cabinet had no possibilities to lock the door because the lock function was not working! When I opened the door to my room first time it was hot almost like a sauna. The breakfast room was werry small and the breakfast they served was just . White bread with butter and apricote marmelade + small pack white cheese and Thea or coffee. Thats it. Check out was easy
