"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and previous stays would have had a much lower rating…it had a run-down look and uncomfortable beds. I’m happy to say (and I hope remains this way) our stay this time was much, much better. The bed was quite comfortable, the room was clean and well-appointed and the staff was great!"

The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! "

"Fan in the bathroom didn't work and the housekeeping service forgot about our room one day, but we only needed towels and trash emptied, so it wasn't a problem for us."

"This was the worse breakfast and staff I have ever encountered. The lady (Kat) who checked us in was rude and was having a bad day; however, the lady who worked the next day was very polite and friendly. She made me feel better. As a IGH member I was treated like crap and forgot about my treats."

"When I stayed there was no breakfast as the kitchen /dining area was closed with the staff having no idea when it will be open again . This should be stated in the listing of the hotel because I book places based on breakfast being included . That’s the only issue I had."

"The breakfast was not restocked, and there were no bowls or utensils. The room was nice enough, and otherwise everything was fine. We got ripped off by the cab driver at the airport who charged us $95 for the 3 mile ride, so try to use the hotel shuttle!"
