"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and previous stays would have had a much lower rating…it had a run-down look and uncomfortable beds. I’m happy to say (and I hope remains this way) our stay this time was much, much better. The bed was quite comfortable, the room was clean and well-appointed and the staff was great!"

"Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive. The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! "

"The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved."

"This hotel was TERRIBLE. Looks like it was built in the 80s and it was built in 2001. Water does NOT get hot. You may get almost lukewarm but that it. Beds sit on rail thats about to fall apart and the rooms don't even come with blankets. You have to ask for one. There was a roach in my room as well. The walls are thin as paper. People above me were loud as a daycare as early as 5am then around 7am the next door neighbors were having a domestic dispute arguing and making all kinds of noises...

"Request a room not facing freeway if you are sensitive to noise/vibrations. Pool was closed when we went. Staff were so friendly and nice. Breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast with nice hot options. "

"This is what you would expect as a no name hotel near the airport. I had to make arrangements quickly, and I generally trust the La Quinta name. However, the room was dirty, outdated, in need of significant repair and updating. A dirty washcloth remained from a previous client in the shower. The safety lock was missing from the door. Furniture was rough. Thankfully I was not with my family. Do not bring your family to this location. Unless you are in a bind, do not go to this location."

"Easily the dirtiest hotel ive ever stayed at stains everywhere cover old room smell like mold 2 face towels in the bathroom that looked used i will never stay here again "

"If you book through third party you already know its going to be at an exit or a room thats not desirable, therefore i had a little noise problem. But, the front desk staff was phenomenal!!!!!! Rooms were very clean and spacious. Area very safe. Food was great!"

"Spend one night here and it was horrible! The room smelled like someone smoked there, we couldn’t open a window to get some fresh air! The toilet was dirty, shampoo bottle empty, on the towels were hair from someone else! Stains on the carpet, I didn't even look at the bed, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep there at all. My baby had fallen asleep and I didn't want to wake her; it was already very late, otherwise I would have changed rooms. It was much too noisy anyway. I didn't even...

"We left before breakfast. The room was fine. The staff was friendly, polite, and welcoming. I was very glad to see the parking lot with very bright lights. We felt very safe coming back after 10PM. Also we felt safe when we left at 6AM. I would definitely stay if back in the area. "
