Very disappointed this year that the outdoor bar and grill is now 'garden' style where you have to go to the counter and order your own food and drinks. No more servers waiting on us. Even though we had to go up to put our orders in, the bar area was understaffed. The Loft was closed when we were there, the Chophouse was not open Sunday evening, the water park was closed. "My family has stayed here for years while visiting from out of state and will no longer go back. Rude owners, pool hours only when they feel like it, dirty pool area and disgusting hot tub, wall crumbling in pool area. Rude calls in the night from staff wondering which vehicles were ours. Constant smell of marijuana."

"The room was spotless, smelled wonderful and was nice and cool on a hot day. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and I was able to move around the room easily. The bathroom was huge with an accessible shower. They offered what looked like a great breakfast but we needed to leave. We will absolutely stay again, highly recommend."

"For having 4.5 stars the hotel felt old and dirty but the safe was very nice!! When you are traveling for work you want a nice clean place to lay your head at night without a strange smell in your room. Really beyond disappointed and almost thought about checking out and going somewhere else."
