"We loved the vibe of the hotel and the pub downstairs. It is conveniently located close to a train station (one train direct from Heathrow). Staff was super friendly and accommodating, room was spotless and we loved the art!
One less star only because in the morning there was some activity in the street that was pretty noisy and lasted about 10 minutes. Other than that we had a great stay and would come back."

"I like property, old charm, squeaky floor and decor, but narrow stairs and three floors walk up is challenging with luggage. If you have problem climbing and going down very steep stairs, this is not property for you. All other things are great."

"Spacious clean room. Nice to have a fridge and safe. 4 bottles of water supplied, although one had been part drunk.
Bed sunk in middle. TV only showed a couple of German channels. Shower needed a refresh and leaked badly in the corners."

"Thé apartment was very good, but for people of 78-81 years of age, hauling luggage up to the 3rd floor was very hard. We were unaware of the fact there was no elevator. We had booked a very nice VRBO with an elevator and outdoor terrace. We were moved to this apartment which was not comparable. The heat spell made the apartment uncomfortably hot, which we understand cannot be helped, but we were pining for the terrace that we had paid for that the the first apartment had."

"Spot on location from my office. Communication and check in absolutely fine. Easy to find and key box easy. 3 flights of stairs to access so be mindful. Room was good for what I needed for price I paid. No toilet roll which the host quickly fixed. Bed really comfy tbf. Shower door was abit tired like, broken handle and door kept coming off the runner. Overall great comms from host, would stay again"
