"The historic charm of The Morgan Hotel cannot be ignored. Walking into the ballroom felt magical, something between Hogwarts and a fairytale where I could easily envision a Cinderella style wedding. The staff went above and beyond with their politeness and knowledge of the local area, making us feel both welcomed and well cared for. The valet service was equally outstanding, very accommodating and genuinely polite. Our room was spacious with a wonderful retro feel that added another layer of character to our stay. It is a place that makes you smile with its old world touches blended with modern comfort. Being right next to West Virginia University, the area is filled with college students, yet every student we encountered was polite, respectful, and simply going about their day. The energy of the town mixed with the historic elegance of the hotel created a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend The Morgan Hotel to anyone visiting Morgantown, whether for history, comfort, or just a special getaway we would definitely stay there again"
