"The hotel was good, shuttle to airport great. I had two issues- the heat/ac unit was not working properly so the temp was chilly all night, blowing cold air all night and I could not turn it off either. Arriving late it was too late to bother with a room change late at night. Secondly, the temp control in the shower was sub par- I could only get lukewarm water. I was really looking for a hot shower after a cool night."

"Location was perfect, beds were very comfy. Bathroom was a tight fit, room was clean beds were as well that I really appreciate. Breakfast could be a bit better but didn't book this for that reason so it was fine."

"We were unexpectedly given a handicapped room right by the lobby. I should have been given the type of room I requested. This location was noisy. I had reserved months in advance and expected the regular room I wanted. The bed was very low to the ground which was a bit strange. ALso the bathroom had a walk in shower which I could see would be great for someone who needed it, but the dispensers were so low on the wall. And the area around the sink was practically nonexistent. I hate it when there is no place to put your stuff. Please have a sink area with some counter space!!"
