"The room was nice, and fairly quiet. Heard the shower from the room above in the wee hours but it wasn't objectionable and I went back to sleep."

"It has a very good location. The AC worked great in the heat. The pool was clean and well kept. The breakfasts were great and the woman keeping things stocked was very friendly and helpful. The tub liked to drip, but other that that it was great. Expedia had a reservation, but the Crystal Inn did not receive it which caused a delay at check in."

"Beautiful property, albeit in a rather unique location - the anchor of a shopping mall. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The common areas were also large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just okay, standard hotel fare. Navigating the parking lot was a small challenge as the hotel competes with surrounding mall traffic to some degree. Given the location, there were plenty of food options close by, but few that I would rate as upscale. Overall it was a good experience."
