I was in a real bad place going through a separation and needed a place to stay . The first time I stayed here the room was decent . I guess it was an upgraded room . I had to come stay for another week and the next room I stayed it was terrible . Paint chipping from water damage , the faucet in the shower had so much corrosion around it I couldn’t even adjust my water temperature. Someone was over dosing in the grass at the nearby gas station . The lady at the front desk is an angel but this place could definitely use some help .

Just a word to the wise,read their page THOROUGHLY…you need to look for the area where it says u have to be checked in by 7:00 PM or they refuse your service as you stand in their lobby and then they cancel ur booking!!! Office Manager says its on the website but u need to read EVERY word and scroll to find it!!!

Don’t do it!

I will attach photos of what they show their property to look like versus what it looks like. I get that hotels age and don’t look like the perfect advertised photos but this was insanely different. I checked in for a week on a Tuesday and was told my assigned housekeeping day was Wednesday but since that was the next day I wouldn’t get service until the following week even though by then I would have checked back out on the Tuesday. They give you zero items in an extended stay place to cook or eat with, I don’t travel with pots, pans and utensils. There is no place to sit because whatever may have been in the room originally to sit on was gone and just a big empty space remained so I could sit on the bed or two 25 year old kitchen chairs. The place said no smoking everywhere but the hallways reeked of cigarette smell from the moment you walked in the building. They give you one roll of toilet paper, two disposable plastic cups, two cheap bath towels and two little wash towels (no hand towels). If you need more you have to go and buy them. The only room that looks like the website is the laundry room. The place serves a purpose but doesn’t seem to care about the comfort of their guests.

My daughter and I were very blessed to find this place! We were exhausted and they only had 2 rooms left. I had never done anything like this before and the staff made me feel so comfortable, like being home! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone! Very clean and cozy!

First thing after checking in we went to the room and the refrigerator was turned off and smelt very bad. we turned it on and it did work we lived with the smell. Next we tried to turn on the tv remote was bad went down stairs and the office gave we a new remote. Next the toilet did not work I pulled the cover off the top to find the flush chains was messed up I repaired that. Now 2 days in the partial roll of TP ran out. I went out in the hall and seen a maid I ask her for TP she told they are not a regular hotel that you (I) only get what the person be for me left behind. So in closing your company should not be sending people to a hotel like this one. If you send me to one like this again I will not be using your service!
