"Stair stops lights were never installed. It’s was dark and I fell to a hard wood floor bruising my side quite severely. Staff send me two apples and a banana. I spent an entire day in my room because of pain yet hotel reluctantly waive one half of my last night only after arguing with them. Will never return"

"I travel extensively, and this was the first time a Marriott required an incidentals deposit by credit card without accepting a debit card. At check-in, I was asked for US$500, a requirement I had not known about when booking. I asked whether someone at my company in the US could sign an...

"The room is really beautiful with a balcony, and the bed was so comfortable. Staffs are very helpful and offer lots of help despite my language barrier. The amenities are fantastic, we loved the indoor pool and the jacuzzi. They also have laundry facilities that you can pay a few dollars to use, which are great for long stays. The hotel is located close to one of the nicest mall in Santiago, so shopping is very convenient. The hotel has elevators, so I’m not quite sure why the listing mentioned...

"Property was nice, walking distance to restaurants."

"Fabian the waiter incredible!! Everyone is so polite, warm and friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is also attached to a huge shopping mall and lots of restaurants near your convenience in about a 10 minute walk to get some great red Clay tennis course if you’re a tennis addict like me."

"La Reve boutique hotel was sincerely lovely. We’ve been traveling for a few wks staying in many hotels. La Reve was hands down our favorite. It felt like being at home. A calm atmosphere, classic upscale interiors, helpful staff & a nice buffet breakfast. The neighborhood Providencia, is quiet on the side street where pretty Le Reve is. 100 ft away turn onto the main blvd & an active urban neighborhood has everything from shops to dining. Only wish we could have stayed longer. 💞 Le Reve...
