"They were so accommodating! I arrived early in the day and was in town for a funeral, they let me check in at 9 am as I took a red eye and was exhausted! They shuttled me to and from the airport, no problem! Thank you!"

"Good breakfast. Beds could be better. Quick an easy check in. "

"No hot tub. It was out of order. "Arcade" machines were very very poor. No way to even move the toys, coin slots jammed so you couldnt use quarters. No pool towels available all weekend."

"Waterpark was small bad set up no whirlpool/hot tub lazy river was horrible kids were throwing up coughing in water there was a incident we had to be out of water for 30mins to an hr."

"Had to call several times for shuttle to pick up from MOA and ending up having to walk back in the dark and cold without jackets. "

"Overall experience as a whole was great. Hotel location with a skybridge to the mall was very convenient. Unfortunately, Expedia did not disclose that their pool was closed and it was one of our main reasons for the trip and choosing this hotel. Kids were truly bummed out. Hotel comped our parking, but I would have preferred to know about the pool closure so I could look for a different hotel. "

"We had an early flight to catch, and were told by the front desk attendant that even though that was the case, “grab n go” bagged breakfasts would be available. That was not the case. Nothing was made available. The carpet in our room was torn/cut out in the closet area, as well. I expected better. "

"All the food was horrible! I tried several items at different times of the day and even desert, all barley able to choke down, one totally unable to eat sent back. Do Better, we don't stay at 4 stars to have to walk to another hotel for food!"
