"Checking in was a nightmare. Somehow you're supposed to pull into the covered front door area, but both sides were stopped and at the front desk to check in, so you either have to wait on the road or park on the road which is limited and not close to the hotel. Once we got in, the line was long (to be expected because there was an event at the US Bank Stadium), but the computers crashed, so we had to wait even longer. Also, you need to pay $30 just to park in their ramp. The ramps is extremely tight fitting. I thought there was a continental breakfast, but their wasn't. There were no towels in the pool area first thing in the morning, so it's not like they ran out, they just never stocked them. The rooms were good, except there was mold or something black in the corners of the shower. The light rail was close which was nice, but it would have been nice if they had a map or something at the hotel. I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again."

"Ideal location for an event on campus. Breakfast is small, but there was good variety. Friendly staff upon check in. They did allow us a late checkout so we could shower after our race, but the morning staff was not happy about it."

"Parking was easy, check in quick and simple, the room was very dirty with hair in the sheets, and the shower was disgusting with hair and snot covering the shower curtain. "

"We stayed here for two nights. Staff was accommodating and helpful; no complaints about our stay. We had one minor issue - there was no water pressure in our shower. I messaged front desk staff and they had maintenance come fix this while we went about our day. When we got back the issue was resolved. We super appreciated this! "

"Easy location to get to and to get into and out of the city from. Loading dock on the north side was a touch noisy in the am. Overall a very good stay"
