"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. "Excellent check in with staff quick and easy. Very nice and clean pod with parking next to it . Only issue is would be nice to.have basic essentials e.g Tea Coffee bedding for sofa bed and handsoap apart from that would highly recommend. "

"Room was lovely (20) & Hotel is very well done. Staff were all very friendly and had great service throughout our stay, from our arrival, bar/restaurant & the cleaners as left. Full English breakfast was amazing. Handy on site parking and a 15-20 minute walk into the city. Both agreed would like to stay again next time heading to Norwich."

"The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job."
