"This is our third time staying here. Staff is always so kind and helpful. The place is very clean and organized. Some new upgrades will be coming soon that we're excited about. It sits in a perfect place surrounded by many restaurants and shops that you can shop at well secured area safe and we come here every year for our convention at the Liacouras center. So this sits so close and it's just walking distance. It does need a little TLC but they're all minor things. I highly recommend."

I did add extra days to my stay, because of the peacefulness and my own business agenda. One thing that I may add, if you should extend your stay, the basic amenities should be given without asking; such as towels, toilet paper, coffee and wherever is needed. "Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "

"Wonderful old Victorian home, reflective of late 1800s Philadelphia. Well maintained although obviously an old home. Very comfortable, clean, relaxing and peaceful. Gracious hosts who also provide a really tasty breakfast and access to tea, coffee, microwave, fridge etc. Everything you need for a getaway weekend in Philadelphia. Great experience!"

"The staff was so helpful and attentive. They were super friendly and informative. The property is gorgeous. Everything was just what i imagined. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time. I enjoyed the garden sooo sooo much. I could literally live there. Absolutely visiting again. 10/10"

"It was a lovely stay at a great location for our purposes in this visit to Philadelphia. The proximity of the beginning of the SEPTA 48 bus route to the hotel was a perfect gateway to our sightseeing without a car. The only disappointment was the absence of a fully accessible entry to the hotel (i.e. no ramp to the entry door). There were only four steps, but with my compromised leg strength and balance, I had to struggle to move from the sidewalk into the lobby."
