"Staff was very accommodating. I booked the wrong day and they were very helpful in getting me a room and canceling the day I booked wrong."

"The housekeepers and checkin people were great. The room (521) had a squeaky door and faucet that was hard to deal with. The shower cap was coming off of the wall. The pool was filled with bugs. Mosquitoes across the top of the pool that weren’t cleaned and what looks like a spider at the bottom of the pool. We also had drunk neighbors that came back at 4am and after calling the operator they did send someone up around 4:40am to ask them to quiet down. And there was a cart in the hallway for three days for a repair if looks like they were thinking about doing to a room a couple down from us."

"Property was nice, parking was expensive, breakfast not included, room was decent, but the mattress was hard. I wanted to meal into a plush bed but instead laid on a super firm mattress. "

"Food service hours can be inconvenient. This includes purchasing a simple cup of coffee before 6:30 AM."

"Great location for the rate. We came during the weekend of the Thunder airshow and the fireworks could be seen from hotel. The bartender was so hilarious and made great drinks."
