"Stayed in a family tipi with my husband. We had a picnic bench and fire pit with a grate at our site. They provide a lantern and a kerosene heater for the tipi, which was very nice. Shower and bathroom is cleaned twice a day, hot water, great pressure. Drinking water available. Very peaceful setting not too far from Banff."

"The hose keeping person came inside without knocking at 10.30 am where in my check out was at 11am. During checkin the room was not provided early then why we expected to leave early. The check outs are rushed invading guests privacy"

This location provided convenient access to Banff, Icefields Parkway, and local Canmore sights & trails. We booked our excursion to Lake Louise & Moraine Lake with their discounted recommended local ViaVia tours. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"This hotel is in the heart of Banff National Park, so we expected the staff to be knowledgeable and provide helpful information to guests. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. We only found out near the end of our trip that the hotel offers complimentary local bus passes for guests. Had this been mentioned at check-in, we could have used Banff's excellent public transportation instead of driving two separate vehicles around town. It would have made our trip more convenient and...
