"Excellent stay as always apart from one small thing. I have been staying here each time I come to Leicester and I have also been recommending my friends therefore you have good business on recommendation. However when I called up to request some coffee and some of your lovely cookies I was told by an older gentleman to come down and get it as he cannot leave the reception. "Excellent location. Close to city, Tigers ground and theatre. Professional welcome on reception. The room was comfortable and spacious. Heating instructions were useful. Bathroom was very spacious with lovely shower and toiletries. Bar area was welcoming. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with extra cooked options. All staff were friendly. A great rugby stay at a value for money rate. We will definitely return next season. "

"I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a great experience, however this was much better. I arrived late and tired, one of the night staff helped me check in quickly. The room was much better quality, the breakfast was ok. For the price I can’t complain "
