"The staff at the breakfast were lovely and really helpful. The room was fine and as I expected. However, I felt disappointed by the advertising of the swimming pool. I emailed the leisure centre days in advance to ask if I could book the pool, they never replied. I asked at the reception how to book and they said it's an additional cost on top of the booking and to contact the leisure centre but they didn't seem too sure. I tried calling the leisure centre multiple times and they never picked...

"Inchecken ging moeizaam. We moesten borg betalen terwijl de kamer vooraf betaald was. De borg zou verrekend worden met het eten. Maar bleek niet mogelijk te zijn. Waardoor we dat direct moest betalen in de restaurant/bar. Kamer/badkamer was schoon en groot. Er was geen airconditioning wat jammer was gezien dat heel erg warm was. Er was een ventilator op de kamer die hopeloos was. Er was genoeg keuze voor ontbijt. Personnel was vriendelijk."
