"We were upgraded to Sloane Club which was excellent in every area including fantastic staff. Wonderful rooms and bathrooms. Training needed for waiting staff at Sloane Place at breakfast. Upgraded didn’t include breakfast in the club restaurant, we had to return to the original restaurant for breakfast. That is where it went wrong. The staff didn’t have us on their list. Only slight downside was that there has been no attempt to soundproof the accommodation meaning that my relaxing early night didn’t happen as some guests were banging and slamming around very late into the night.
