"Pros: Hotel Brunelleschi is very close to Milan Duomo and other places we wanted to visit. The breakfast selection is varied and choices were tasty. Dining staff were very attentive and friendly. Cons: The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I can remember trying to sleep on and the pillow was just as bad. We did ask for and receive a softer pillow that helped. The WiFi was very unreliable. WiFi frequently stopped working. "

"It was a great experience in Milano. Lovely hotel with professional and friendly staff all around. Room was large enough for 3 of us and room amenities werewith plentiful choices in minibar and tea&coffee facilities. Breakfast was superb. Fresh and delicious. Croissants highly recommended. Cappuccino was also in good quality. All in all, we had a superb break in Milano. Thank you guys. Keep it up."

"I think for easier booking add the spa location into the hotel description instead of leaving customers confused about the spa/hotel… had many issues with booking taxis as they would go to the spa instead of the hotel branch. Other than that really relaxing stay, amazing staff helped me get a taxi and helped to direct us to the spa. "
