Hotel Dekat Eugene and Theresa Lang Performing Arts Center

"Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable. The air freshener in the lobby was stifling! We could barely breathe. Also, the light switches were difficult to find."

"Excellent place for a short term stay very clean hotel staff were very accommodating"

"The room was dated, but clean, so ok. Only provided one bath towel;no problem when we asked for more. Parking was sufficient. The towel rack next to the shower was loose; no doubt someone tried to use it for support getting out of the shower. I did not like the added fees. Staff at the motel deferred to Expedia; saying that those were their charges."

"Rate charged was higher than advertised. Bed sheets were soiled or cigarette burned. Heat /cool comes from a window unit that blasts at sleeper. Nowhere in bathroom to put down cosmetic items. Closet reeked of tobacco smoke. Adjacent tenants / t.v.s were loud late into the wee hours of the a.m."

"Homey, quiet and perfectly located property. Easy to communicate with John. Will definitely be back!"

"Room was clean and staff was friendly."

"Great location staff was excellent and very clean."

"wow. What an unbelievable experience! First off, the place was absolutely stunning. The entire building is extremely well preserved and well maintained! The furniture is stunning and includes a functioning pipe organ (!!) as well as a piano —antique with GORGEOUS timbre. The decorations were next level! And the place was really clean. honestly that would have been more than enough for me but the treatment by the hosts was superb. They were so attentive and considerate really going above and...

"Nice room and lobby. The mattresses and sofa cushions were a bit soft, but otherwise everything was to our liking!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn at Philadelphia Airport"
