"so check in was a mess as they would not let my wife check in without me as her name was not also on the reservation. i understand there are security issues but I assured the front desk she was my wife and i was authorizing her to get a key. I was asked to call central reservations but they were useless and could not help me as the reservation was made through expedia. I was able to get expedia to add the name and the hotel eventually let her in. but should not have been so difficult for my wife...

"When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price."

"No keys for any of the rooms. Hotel had employees running back and forth for hours opening room doors every time you needed to get into your room. Long waiting lines as they helped employees who only paid 25 bucks for a room before anyone else even with a line of 8 people trying to check in, full paying customers. The hotel smells horrible when you walk in, the hallways, and elevators. Once in the room, there was a roach walking on the bed. The bathroom towels were damp.Pool was dirty and people...

"Entire hotel is rundown. The flooring of the elevator is broken, and hole was cover with a mat and elevator door was very narrow. Ceiling tiles were missing through out the hotel. Every machine in the hotel gym was broken, almost all the dumbbells were missing. The floor of bathroom in our room was dirty and the hot and cold water marking for the shower head faucet was reversed, so when you turned it to cold is actually hot and water pressure was very weak. The worse hotel I have ever been...
