"Room was clean but that was the only plus. Hotel overall is very run down and not helped that the majority of rooms are used for permanent tenants on government housing assistance. The laundry was a disgrace. The only machine working, did not operate properly and I finished up taking my clothes to my room and trying to finish washing them in the bath. "It’s louder during the night because of the traffic. Only one shared bathroom makes it difficult to use when you are in the rush and it’s occupied. 10 minutes to the train station which takes you to the CBD on about 30 minutes. "

"The room appeared to be recently renovated and was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The bathroom was also a good size, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The carpet was in very good condition noticeably better than what I have experienced at several other hotels during my travels in Australia. "Exceeded our expectations, customer service was great. Room was presented well and appropriately resourced. Great range of on-site restaurants, cafes and entertainment options. "

"The room is sparkling clean and neat. The breakfast is healthy but simple. There’s a free parking space which is nice. The only problem we had is that we arrived around 9:30pm, the front door was locked and we had to communicate with the staff through intercom. We have to give many of our personal information through loud speaker, and it was quite uncomfortable. Other than that it was a nice stay."
