"Staff were friendly and courteous throughout our stay. Dave at the front desk is such a kind soul and was exceptionally polite and welcoming. The hotel entrance was clean and inviting. Our room was on the second floor, just two doors down from the elevators. The room was clean but could definitely benefit from some updating. The bathroom was quite small, with the shower and toilet in a separate room from the sink and counter area, which personally isn’t my preference. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, although the pillows were better than most. The room itself was quiet, but regulating the temperature was a bit challenging. The complimentary breakfast could offer a few healthier options, but overall, it was good."

"We always love staying at the Frankenmuth Motel! It's very clean and everyone is pleasant. It's close to most everything in downtown Frankenmuth and is walking distance to the Frankenmuth River Place Shops. It's not on Main St. so it's easy to get in and out. My only complaint is on the continental breakfast. We walked over right at 7 a.m. when breakfast started. The selection was very limited. The worse part is the donuts and bagels were stale. The little blueberry muffins were okay as well as the yogurt. Overall, we had a really nice stay!"

"The microwave oven and the refrigerator were not good! The refrigererator barely cooled and could not be made cooler because there was no thermostat to adjust. The microwave oven was so small that a small bag of popcorn would not rotate and began scorching my popcorn. And, the cabinet would not allow the oven's door to be openened without striking the uneven shelf ridge."
