"Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!"

"Beautiful and colourful place. Location was perfect. Room had what we needed and was had a great retro aesthetic. The Ruby had very enjoyable and high quality breakfast/lunch fare. Did not use the pool, slide or hot tub but everyone we heard seemed to be having lots of fun"

"We stayed in the only 3 bed option room. It was super spacious.The front desk made sure to let us know our room is beside the Pub attached to the hotel and there would be live music being played up till 10:30 pm on the Friday and Saturday. The music wasn't loud in our room at all and we don't mind noise so it was great! Be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs for extra exercise to work off the yummy Victoria food! Pool was excellent and empty when we visited beginning of June! Great walking...

"Pictures on website did not match reality. Motel room had been updated in the cheapest way possible. Example door knob of closet was stuck on and came off the door when I opened the it. Toilet paper holder was stuck on the side of a cabinet. Outside looked run down and most people appeared to be permanent residents."

"We loved our stay at Victoria Regent. If you are looking for fancy-shmancy with a huge lobby and overpriced restaurant, this isn't it. But if you are looking for clean and spacious with an excellent location, this is your spot! We loved our spacious suite and made full use of our kitchen. We were able to work and play in our space without feeling crowded. The location is fantastic. "Where do I start?? Our 25th Anniversary, first time stay and we could not have been more impressed! Kudos to Brad the doorman, who greeted us, smiled many times and gave us recommendations and tips along the way. Kain the server in Aura, who's fun and cheerful manner, excellent service that was above and beyond the ordinary. Our room was clean, comfortable and exceptional size. We were so very impressed with this hotel!!!"

"Bathroom smelled like raw sewage or rotten fish / dead animal.. maybe the P-trap or sewer system has a problem or maybe it really is animal-related. Room was never cleaned properly over 3 days. Amazingly bad homeless and addicts in the area. Worst neighborhood situation ever. All that aside, the restaurant was awesome and the front desk staff super friendly. But whatever causes that smell needs to be fixed."
