" Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The towels had a very unpleasant smell, to the point that we didn’t feel comfortable using them at all. This is something basic that really should be taken care of. Late at night, new guests checked into the room next to us and were extremely noisy. It was quite disruptive and made it difficult to rest. We reported the issue to the front desk, but no meaningful action was taken. They only said they would follow up, but nothing...
