"Beautiful property run by lovely people in a stunning spot. We had a standard room, which was a little basic but lovely and clean. It would have been improved by having a kettle and tea and coffee, and a second chair. The lounge was a lovely space to relax, with an amazing view to curl up and read a book. Unfortunately, because it closed at 9pm you were then only in your room. The beauty of this place is the quiet and if you want to just relax, then this is perfect for you. "

"Great location and room specifically booked a room for the view. Quiet area with easy walking to town and restaurants. The roof deck is great to give you a lovely panorama of Tromso. The igloos seem expensive but would be great for a group to splurge"

"I like the property because it was right there at the tip of the walking boardwalk for downtown had a great breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like were the lights in the bedrooms it’s not very bright."

"There was construction on the floor above me that started early morning and went all day. I had just come from the US and got no sleep due to the noise. They should have told us about construction. Other than that, the room itself was great!"

"Lovely apartment, at a good price. Really good value for money compared to the rest of accommodations in the country. The breakfast was good, the apartment clean and spacious, and located in the city centre. The sound insulation of the apartment could be improved, but the town is quite so after 10-11 pm it was ok. There is no lift but our apartment was on the 2nd floor (GF+1) and it was not a problem. "

"The property is having an industrial dispute with its staff resulting in some curtailment of services. That should be reported to Expedia and declared when I book."

"Staff of this hotel are super helpful. They changed my room to one with a nice view on one request and additionally provided a packed breakfast as I was leaving at 6 in the morning. Breakfast served in the hotel is very nice. The room was very small and the bathroom super small. For two nights it was not a problem ."

"Accommodations excellent, 2 comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, living dining area with a kitchenette: fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, no microwave. We had a washing machine too. We were a family of 9 and had 3 rooms (better called apartments) and they were very comfortable indeed. Staff went out of their way to help us when ordering food upon our arrival. Breakfast was included at the hotel and it was amazing. We all loved our stay. Highly recommend it. "
