"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"I enjoyed my short stay at the Z Hotel, the room was compact but very clean and quiet. I really liked the fact that they supplied oat milk as standard with the tea/coffee facilities in the room - this was such a nice surprise. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I am attending an event in the area particularly as it is very close to a tube station for getting around."

"Air conditioning didn’t work. Reported to reception as we were going out. Came back and was told maintenance had been into to room and aircon was working. Upon returning to room found aircon still not working but had been left a fan. Room floor was very dirty. Won’t be staying again"
