"The room was excellent. Staff was friendly, I have multiple bookings for my trip and they combined all bookings and offered me a free upgrade. I was there for a week and breakfast was almost the same every day. Lack of variety of choices. Breakfast queues were REALLY long during peak hours in the morning. A nice swimming pool that requires booking but the pool was very busy for most of the time I visited."

"The location is very good. Sit next to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, it is still pretty quiet inside. We arrived earlier but the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in with a charge. The room is big but it looks pretty old inside like stains/scratches on the desk, rusty holes of the tub, etc."
