"What stood out for us was the support we had. My daughter's baby was born very premature in the local hospital. I spoke to the hotel and they were willing to give us a good price on a room as we didn't know how long we would need it for. They gave us a family room with an extra bed. They put a fridge in the room for expressed milk to be kept until it could be taken to the hospital. The hotel location was perfect as it's walking distance. "This hotel is the goal standard. Management from other hotels should come and visit it. From beginning to end the service engagement with well informed and genuinely welcoming. It’s a very interesting historical setting. When they say they are dog friendly, they genuinely are. "
