"Excellent hotel have no reservations. (No pun intended if I need to point that out for some of you). Very friendly efficient staff. Excellent welcoming music in the room on entry - felt like it was part of the Harry Potter experience. Let that run for a few cycles - really soak it up! He's an indirect endorsement - I asked for a late check out as my flight was later in the day - they said no! Only on the basis the hotel is so popular they couldn't accommodate my request. (I did actually write to them a few weeks before on this but they still said no so a very minor negative on that point). Excellent place!"

"This is a great hotel in the perfect location. Restaurants & cafes super close. Lots of sites within walking distance. Clise to public transit for those stops that are further out. Very good breakfast with an excellent selection. Attentive & helpful staff, plus very clean."
