"The staff were friendly and welcoming, room spotless and well appointed.
We have stayed before and the proximity to St Vincent’s Hospital is excellent.
The breakfast trolley is a great idea and very convenient.
The only thing that could be better is the inclusion of a light cotton blanket as the doona is too hot - but this is the case in most motels these days.
We enjoyed our brief stay and would definitely stay again and recommend it."

"The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Units were in great proximity to the Wesley Hospital, which is why we booked. The unit was comfortable for our stay for a week. The downside is the traffic noise from Coronation drive."

"This hotel was an absolute shocker. The room was run down, both showers were mouldy, and the noise was so bad I didn’t sleep at all. The heater didn’t work in the bedroom, and in the middle of winter they expect guests to use a thin blanket instead of a proper doona. Basic essentials weren’t even provided — no tea towel, no coffee machine, and no milk pods in the fridge. It felt like the bare minimum wasn’t even attempted.
During my stay I read the reviews, and the same issues have been...
