I paid extra to have the sofa to be made up. When I arrived a clean sheet and a pillow were left on the sofa and there were no blankets provided other than a thin one for the main bedroom.

Uncomfortable sofa bed

The sofa bed was horrific to try to sleep on. The springs dug into me all night. I hardly got any sleep. The bed was just springs with nothing covering them much. I tried to cover them with towels and a blanket. I will never stay there again. I would not want anyone to have to sleep on the sofa bed!

Clean but minimal

I stayed there after my stay in hospital at the wesley. Its location to the hospital is ideal, the room was clean. And pull out bed was very uncomfortable for my helper. Needs a topper or something on it. Could fell every wire in the mattress. The front desk was hardly ever manned though lucky when i arrived early the nice lady helped me with discounted additional nights. The side table had been pulled from the wall and not repaired and whoever was nextdoor was no stop banging. It is a good place to recover but could use a revamp.

You get what you pay for - including dust

Room door is EXTREMELY hard to open from the inside - do not book elderly or weak person here as they will NOT be able to get out of the room. I had to go over each day to let my brother out. TV was set to only receive channels 7 and 9 and the fake pot plants were thick with dust.
