Uncomfortable sofa bed

The sofa bed was horrific to try to sleep on. The springs dug into me all night. I hardly got any sleep. The bed was just springs with nothing covering them much. I tried to cover them with towels and a blanket. I will never stay there again. I would not want anyone to have to sleep on the sofa bed!

Very basic apartment near water. We were happy to have a washer but the apartment hotel was not that nice. We arrived in the evening and had a hard time finding a restaurant for dinner.

Great apartment with a view of the Brisbane River and a full kitchen. The bathroom, while not fully wheelchair accessible, was excellent for someone like me who has mobility issues, but is able to walk. My only disappointment was that the couches and armchair were all too low for me to sit in and be able to get up again independently.

You get what you pay for - including dust

Room door is EXTREMELY hard to open from the inside - do not book elderly or weak person here as they will NOT be able to get out of the room. I had to go over each day to let my brother out. TV was set to only receive channels 7 and 9 and the fake pot plants were thick with dust.

The property manage was very helpful and accommodated my request for early check-in and parking. However, a warning to future guests - the smoke/steam detectors in each apartment are 'deadly', as 1 apartment found during a hot shower, and are easily triggered causing an entire hotel evacuation in the dead of night. SIMPLY following the instructions is a lot simpler.

There was not much to like, the apartment is very old, nothing like the photos, bed springs were looking into us, heart was unbearable, aircon did not work, carpets smelt old, shower had hair from previous guest in it still.
