"The staff were excellent. Our room with two double beds was bigger than expected and had plenty of space for my wife and I and our two children. The buffet breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. My only gripe would be stained grouting in the bathroom but you see that everywhere except 5 star hotels (where they renovate every few years). All in all, excellent value, and a perfect location for those travelling from VIC to QLD."

"Breakfast great, everything great but without a car it was so far away from anything, even a fair walk from a bus stop. It was easy to get an Uber but I just didn’t realise it wasn’t near a Station or public transport. This was rather important to me as I am 85ys old and I attended with my granddaughter 31. Couldn’t fault the beautiful views and surroundings but I was just unprepared for the actual location. Sorry"

"This motel is very peaceful and relaxing and well appointed. Ideally located for work travel and the surrounding racecourse grounds are great for walks, with a tavern also within walking distance. Very helpful staff."

"Everywhere we went inside the premises smelt of stale cigarette smoke like an old ashtray is laying around amongst some strange spicy sweet scent! The pool should be heated snc is way small and they could go with a heated hot tub! Don’t think this will be on our top 10 and I was also overcharged "
