"when we checked in late in the night. the front desk lady asked us if its ok to allow her traineeto help us with the check in process. sure and the trainee did good. well, we had to wait till late afternoon to go to the event so did not want to leave the room too early. we asked first but they told us by noon. I think we actually left half an hour after 12, but no problem. gld they did not kick us out."

"The hotel lobby, breakfast area, and hallways were clean. Although front desk staff was very helpful, our rooms were not well cleaned. Trash found next to bed at check in, sheets had plenty of stains and housekeeping only came in to empty trash and replace towels.
Parking was plentiful and the amenities were great. We were a large group and everyone was able to find something to eat from the breakfast options."
