"部屋は清潔でシングルルームの広さも思っていたよりも広くて快適でした。フロントの男性もとても親切で協力的でした。 ただ、チッペナム駅からは予想していたよりも遠くて歩ける距離ではありません。バスを利用しなければなりませんが、土日は近くのバス停にバスがとまりません。バスなどの公共交通機関を利用して旅行する人は注意する必要があります。 また、ここでタクシーを利用する際は、カードが使えるはずですが、タクシー運転手から何度も現金での支払いを求められます。"

"This charming Inn was just what we wanted, old world charm mixed with great accommodations. The food from breakfast to dinner was wonderful. The garden area was equally warm and inviting."

"I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower. Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy. Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting."

The room had everything we needed, we didn't have dinner but did have a drink in the bar, and then breakfast had a great selection too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay again if we are needing to be in the area."

"Lovely hotel the only downside which I had not realised was breakfast started at 8 and we needed to leave at 730. The staff were lovely and provided us with cereal and milk the night before. We eat in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival and the food was excellent."

"Cute hotel in the heart of this beautiful town. Greeted by a very nice woman upon arrival and helped with my bags. Wish there had been a refrigerator but understand it’s an incredibly old building. Staff were great at dinner!"

"We stayed in the tower suite which was overall lovely room. For that price, I would appreciate if the amenities are a bit nicer. The quality of the shamoo/conditioner was not very good in my opinion. I found the pillows were useless, too airly and too soft, feels like no substance in them. My neck was in terrible pain when I woke up. The pool was nice but I think it would be good to have a booking system. At some point, too many people came and there were not enough room for everyone. "The owners were just amazing. She even did our laundry for us. She was so sweet. The bathroom was clean with updated amenities and the home was clean, quiet, and a wonderful place to relax. Love how close the home is to the pub."

"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"The room booking was wrong but rectified by Trey who did his best to help. The restaurant was closed Sat and Sun evening, even tho other guests had booked table to eat. The female receptionist on Sun morning could not have been less interested in our inquiries about the restaurant closure. The waitresses and other support staff were good and helpful.We suggest that a cover manager is employed while the Manager is on maternity leave. At the moment things are chaotic and i wont be staying there...

"On arrival there was road works outside the hotel which we were unaware of. I had messaged to ask where to park but got no answer. The parking is payable across the road and behind some houses. The hotel building is very old and the bar area is quite nice. The two young lads on the bar were very nice and friendly. The room we had was in need of decoration and updating, not in good shape. We had drinking facilities provided but I’d advise take your own as the ones given were to certain tastes....
