"The staffer I checked in with was very nice. When we went to the front desk to ask for additional towels our second night there, the gentleman acted confused and kept saying it should’ve been done earlier. Overall a pleasant stay for our time in NOLA though."

"We were in for college baseball so just needed location and sleep. Nothing fancy. Staff was nice room was clean. Beds were comfortable. "

"Sound on the tv did not work. Room wasn’t fully clean. Small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion that were left for us were previously used. Our garbage was changed daily. The breakfast was good. Check in was a breeze. "

"The desk agent seemed annoyed when I came back after checking both room keys and said they didn’t work. We asked for a different room. We found a dead cockroach in the bathroom, the floor was filthy, no lamp shades, no smoke alarm, noisy. The beds were on a metal base that made a loud noise every time I got up. "

"Don’t accept a room next to the elevator if you are a light sleeper. The sound of the elevator is loud and disturbing. I was on the first floor and you hear lots of talking from the lobby. "
