"I had booked a stay for two nights, Friday and Saturday. When we arrived they said on their system it shows my reservation for Sunday to Monday even though when I pull up my confirmation in my email it clearly is not Sunday to Monday. On top of that they didn't have any rooms available so we had to scramble trying to find another place to stay. We were told we wouldn't be charged for this, but I have been and it honestly just hasn't been a good experience overall."

"Such a wonderful surprise! We had stayed here before the remodel and were hesitant to return but needed a room for that night at a low cost so we booked it. So glad I did! We will be back! The place is nicely remodeled with great service and amenities."

"The pull out mattress was dirty. We were only given a flat sheet and a blanket for pullout. The hot tub jets didn’t work. Phone in room didn’t work so couldn’t call the front desk. The bathroom fan was hanging by one screw. The second TV in the room also didn’t work."

"While the room was spacious, the gym had broken equipment and the pool was too small and filled with kids. Breakfast is decent and the woman who cleaned the area gets 5 stars, but I was very disappointed that the staff at the front desk was not courteous upon check-in and would not offer a refund of a night's stay even though I'm a "valued" member of their rewards program. "Comfortable and clean hotel despite remodeling work on main floor. We had 8 rooms on 3rd and 4th floor for family event, and all were freshly remodeled. Nice little kitchen, comfy beds. Breakfast seating, choices, and friendly, helpful attendant were all excellent. Overnight oats, chia, fruit, yogurt, juice. Waffles, toasts, muffins, bagelsc cereals. .Scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns. Full Southwest tamale, slow roasted beef, salsa, lots of toppings. Kids to adults ate well and enjoyed...
