"Every staff was so friendly and helpful. One night when we were there, we encountered a rare black fox eating our left over at night. A staff came immediately and told us about the back story of this particular animal. Not only that but this staff helpful educated us about it and even direct us to a beautiful view of the night stars and Venus. "What a perfect place to spend time upstate! This is a great choice if you're looking to relax in a hot tub, see some chickens and pet a cat, or take in the calmness of the river. There are plenty of amenities, including a full kitchen (no oven but there's a hot plate, among other things). The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! They also have a stand at the Hudson Farmers' Market on Saturdays where you can buy honey and sandwiches!"
