"The room was not available at 3:30pm. I had to option, either to wait for indefinite time or pay extra cost of $10 to upgrade my room. After almost two hours of waiting, I had to pay for extra $10 for receiving the room. The parking price on the website was $33.18 per day but the hotel charged me $50 for one night of May 23rd, 2026. It was very noisy on hallway from other guests from 11pm until 1am. I could not sleep. Room was clean, staff were nice."

"This hotel looked like a jail. The rooms were disgusting and filthy. The room had a dirty shirt outside our door. The bed was dirty, had cigarette holes on the comforter. The entire room stunk of weed. Every surface was dirty & sticky. We could not even sleep there and they refused to refund us. It was horrible. Please do not stay there unless it’s an emergency and you have no other choice."

"Great stay over hotel. Shuttle service but check at EWR to find the pick up point.hotel was comfortable. Don’t expect to walk to anything. There are take out menus if you’re hungry."

"I was suppose to stay for 3 days. But I checked out the next day. My room was not clean. The sofa had stains and the floor was dirty. Not only that the pillows on the bed smelled so bad. They say they have room service and that is not true. You have to go downstairs to the restaurant to place your order for food. Then they bring it to your room. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The star was better than expected. The breakfast was great. The rooms are very comfortable. The only thing was with the shuttle that picked us when we arrived. Nobody told us we needed to call and requested that. The info says it will be available 24 hrs, and we were expecting it would be doing rounds. It needs to be stated to prevent misunderstandings. Other than that, everything was great."

"The hotel is very nice and modern. Check-in was a little delayed, but the hotel did good by us by extending a late check-out on our departure day to make up for the delay. We were also originally put in a connecting room which was a little loud, but the hotel MOD Andy took really good care of us and moved us to another room which was perfect! Andy was fantastic.
