"Very dated, room not in great condition "

"Paid 300+ for 1 night, only to sleep , take shower and leave.. guess what no hot water? So why paying so much! Complaining to front desk, they offered me coffee!!! Really!!"

For the horrible position, you put those people in because your properties, physically are shabby . And they have no support and they’re stuck explaining to the customers why you people are so cheap and that you don’t have an organized way in how you operate your properties. How anyone gives good ratings for this property defies any explanation… it was pure dung.. not even a coffee station for a complementary coffee. Pay for parking. I will never stay at a Courtyard By Marriot again. You received an email off of the initial complaint they asked for it. I told them, and they offered nothing in return. I will be all over the Internet, speaking the truth about Courtyard By Marriot… there wasn’t even an elevator that worked on one side.."
