"No-frills, budget-friendly motel. Within reasonable distance of restaurants and quick shopping. During check-in, hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Listing stated daily housekeeping, but not once during our 4-day stay that they come in and clean our room, take our trash, give us fresh towels or wash cloths. "The property was fine as long as you know the difference between a HOTEL and MOTEL. The sheets and towels were clean. The room was large and had a nice sized fridge, microwave and coffee pot. They allow pets (and even kids). There was NO illicit activity apparent in the parking lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. No bugs/vermin in rooms. On the downside...The free breakfast was cold cereal, some of the furnishings were stained, rusted, etc & I would not walk on the floors...

"If I could leave a comment with photos I would. There were cockroaches the size of a bic lighter in this room. Couldn’t get deposit back until next day+3-10 business days. Which I understood. But I left by 8:30 PM after checking in, getting food, coming back and seeing the pathetic excuse for cleanliness. No refund. I ended up sleeping in my truck on my jobsite and paying for the room. Nasty. "
