"Fijne, centrale plek. Het was een extreem warm weekend met 37 graden. De ventilator in de kamer maakte het dragelijk. Het was een fijn bed en een gezellige kamer. Net buiten de kamer stond een koelkast met koud water wat, gezien het warme weer, fijn was. Onder het hotel zit een gezellige pub."

"The check-in process was unfortunately a disaster. Even though we had been in contact multiple times beforehand, we never received the email with the access code in time. As a result, we arrived and could not enter the apartment. The building is also very difficult to find and poorly signposted, so at first we honestly thought it was some kind of joke. Only after around 15 phone calls, contacting Expedia, and almost 2 hours of back and forth was the issue finally resolved.

"The bed linning and towels were clean but everything else was dirty. The toilet was dirty, the balcony was awful, chewing gum underneath one of the beds, dusty everywhere, old juice in the fridge, only onw shower worked and the heating did not work. The owner had left two blow heaters and only one worked. I would never book this place again. Awful experience"

"The apartment was very tired and had no reasonable sitting areas for our large group. The location was excellent for exploring London but I would not recommend this place as a suitable accommodation for elderly or people with walking difficulties as it is two flights up.
There were insufficient towels and the general state of the entire place was dirty"

"My son booked a room for 4. He was thinking there would be 2 queen-sized beds in it. However, there was a twin and a double bed. He was told that it was a rule based on the size of the room. It would have been helpful if that was acknowledged on the website. The bathroom was not given wash cloths, there were no hooks on the door to hang any clothes, and there was some wallpaper starting to peel. Of course, it wasn't air-conditioned, although it had 2 rotating fans that didn't do much."
