"Ce nouvel hôtel est en cours d'achèvement et cela a été assez étrange de nous retrouver les seuls clients ce soir-là avec une réception qui ferme à 16h. Cependant les chambres sont confortables, la literie parfaite et la douche top. La famille qui gère cet établissement fait de son mieux et la bonne surprise a été le petit déjeuner buffet qui a été mis en place pour nous 2 avec des spécialités locales excellentes. "Everything was incredible from the moment we arrived. Early check in was available, the team arranged parking for our car. Had dinner both nights at the restaurant and can’t fault the food, my chef partner loved everything on the menu. Staff were so attentive and lovely. "We loved our stay at Riviera Suites. It was like new and very clean and impeccably finished. Also super convenient to everything in the harbor. The view of the Harbor was amazing. Not a complaint, but you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall a fantastic experience. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in the most ideal location for a first time traveler like myself. All of the staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay! I had a one bedroom king suite (3rd floor, so yes there are some stairs!) with a private balcony overlooking the harbor. Absolutely stunning views! The town itself is very walkable and the Elia sits from and center directly on the Chania Harbor! If you were looking at this hotel, don’t second-guess it and just book it you won’t regret it!"
