"Rooms were spacious, clean and had beautiful views of Chania! The breakfast buffet was a real highlight with the range of food and the staff were so helpful. Great facilities such as onsite car rental and gym. Great free shuttle which helped us a lot. At times there was a lot of noise coming from the upstairs restaurant which wouldn’t stop until 12am. Rooms could’ve been soundproofed."

"Half a block from the old harbour in a safe area. Insuite laundry and two bathrooms is a luxury we appreciated. The building, finishings and furniture were all very modern and high quality. Cleaning staff were lovely and on site daily."

"My husband and I stayed at Avra Hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The only drawback was the limited parking available on the property. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town, and some street parking is available nearby."

"Had an amazing 2 week stay here. The place was right in the middle of town and close to everything. Room service was incredible, we came back to a clean room and restocked mini fridge every night. The balcony was a plus and the noise level wasn’t bad, considering the hotel is on a very busy street. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re ever staying in Chania!"

"Hotel was as photographed and clean. Great location. Staff were contactable by phone. Parking locally was a nightmare- parking outside hotel is limited to 4 hours a day and you have to pay, the large free car park a few minutes away was insanely busy, we had to park out of town and use the park and ride for most of the week due to no spaces close by. Would stay again but be aware of parking."
