A truly outstanding stay. The location is incredible, 1 min walk to the most beautiful beach - the staff are so helpful and so friendly and the room. The room. We stayed in the no problem suite and it was one of the nicest rooms I have ever had. I can't wait to go back! This is a true hidden gem.

Modern small hotel on the waterfront in Chora Sfkian with rooms overlooking the sea. Friendly owners and a delicious restaurant attached. Convenient to all places on the southern coast of western Crete.

Great location, both piers are 2min away. Surrounded by tavernas and supermarkets. The hotel has its own restaurant, food is delicious. Two days in a row we ordered the catch of the day. First day Red Snapper, 2nd day grouper, both excellent! Staff are friendly. Maria showed us how to park for free, also gave us welcome drinks. When we left, they gave us free coffee. Room is clean and spacious, everything feels very new. Will definitely go back.

Fabulous seaside resort with friendly staff in a beautiful location. Lovely beach with chairs and umbrellas. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I want to return for a longer stay. Highly recommend.

Fantastic seafront hotel. Sits right on the waterfront in the village. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a dedicated parking area available next to the public carpark. The rooms are simple but stylish with nice balconies overlooking the sea. We stayed here for 3 nights and wish we had stayed longer. You can get ferries to teh nearby beaches or you can walk the E4 trail. The downstairs does great coffee aswell as typical greek food. There are two bakeries in town that have great sit in or takeaway food. There is a small pebbly beach in town about 3 mins from the hotel with loungers and a changing shed. Highly recommend.

Nice area close to all restaurants in the area. Many mini markets. Easy access to the port for ferries to many southern villages and beaches. Host were great. Room was very clean and had a great ocean view. Highly recommend.

Short visit but very relaxing!

We stayed one night between visiting Loutro and going to Rethymno. The hotel is very fresh and well managed. The location is perfect on the walkway at the beach! Balcony direct above the beach and the local restaurant. The hotel restaurant was weary good with nice food and good service. We will for sure come back !

Ett jättefint litet hotell i den lilla byn Chora Sfakia på Kretas sydkust. Vi bokade ett rum med havsutsikt och balkong, dom kallar det "svit" fast det är bara är ett rum. Verkar nyrenoverat, rent och fint med bra dubbelsäng. Och närmare havet kan man inte komma. Lite tidigt på säsongen så allting var inte i ordning än, bl.a. fanns det inte frukost på hotellet. Men bra sådan på ett närliggande bageri. Toppen!

Das Hotel Samaria können wir empfehlen. Die Lage im Hafen von Sfakia ist toll. Das Einchecken ging problemlos und war nach 2 Minuten erledigt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick über den Hafen. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Kühlschrank und funktionierendes W-Lan seien hier erwähnt. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr ruhig; kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung (allerdings muss man 5 Minuten laufen. Direkt vorfahren kann man nicht). Sfakia ist nicht groß, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Zum Hotel gehört ein Restaurant, in dem man gut essen kann.
