"We stayed in a room with multiple beds, which worked out great for us. We especially loved the balcony—it was a nice bonus. The sound insulation between rooms was impressive too; we didn’t hear the neighboring occupants at all. The hot tub was at the perfect temperature, and my little kids really enjoyed it at night. The only downside was the breakfast selection. They offered cereal, oatmeal packets, fruit, some pastries, and yogurt. We came down around 9:30am, and there were barely any...

"breakfast was ok, needed fresh fruit to be added. I felt safe inside the hotel but the parking lot was a concern. Big signs saying the hotel was not responsible for loss or stolen vehicles. The bed was wonderful! "

"We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...

"Virtual person in lobby for checking in and out. Room was small, didn’t feel safe as a solo female traveler. Breakfast looked unsafe to eat. Not the best area but restaurant beside parking lot was great. "

"This is an awesome place to stay! I booked a bigger room because I am limping. The room did not disappoint me.! A lot of space to walk around, bed ( king size) is clean and comfortable! 2 choices of pillow- soft and firm. Bathroom is very spacious- complete in amenities. Breakfast is a blast! Lots of choices from omelets, pancake, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, muffins and loaf bread. Staff is very helpful and pleasant!
